Job Title: Payroll Executive

Processes an organization’s payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Creates and maintains employees’ payroll records. Calculations wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records. Completes payroll reports.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Processes client’s payroll every pay period
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
  • Thorough knowledge of EPF,ESIC, bonus, gratuity and labour laws

Qualification:

Education: Graduation / MBA with specialisation in HR

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Other: Excellent Mathematical Skills, Attention to Detail, Organisation Skills, Superior Computer and Typing Skills, Data Entry, Good Verbal Communication

 

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Our constantly growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.. We are looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. Candidates should have strong communication and should also be willing to travel.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory
  2. To strengthen the company’s reach in the assigned market
  3. Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationship with potential and existing clients.
  5. Send Proposals and samples to clients for negotiation, approvals and closing.
  6. Create MIS report and share client feedback with management.

 

Education: Graduation / MBA

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Other: Good communication skills & Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.

Must be proficient with MS-Office and lead tracking tools
